Medical disclaimer: SnoozeVerdict summarizes what people say about sleep supplements on Reddit. It is not medical advice, and nothing here is meant to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before starting a supplement, especially if you are pregnant, take medicines (including sleep or mood medicines), or have a medical condition. Poor sleep that lasts for months, loud snoring or gasping at night, or falling asleep during the day while driving or working needs a doctor, not a supplement. Full disclaimer.

About SnoozeVerdict

SnoozeVerdict summarizes what people in r/sleep, r/insomnia and supplement communities on Reddit report about sleep supplements. Reading hundreds of threads is slow, and the same few ingredients come up again and again; we count and quote those experiences so you can see the pattern quickly, with a link to every original comment.

What we are not

We are not doctors, and SnoozeVerdict is not medical advice. We do not test supplements, run trials, or rate clinical evidence. Reddit experiences are self-reported and may reflect placebo effects, habits, stress or other factors. See the medical disclaimer.

What we leave out

We do not score prescription or over-the-counter sleep drugs, and we exclude kratom, phenibut, tianeptine, kava, kanna, CBD, CBN and cannabis products entirely. We also remove comments that look like coordinated product marketing. Adaptogens such as ashwagandha are not scored here; they will be covered on adaptogenic.ai (coming soon). Details are on the methodology page.

How we make money

SnoozeVerdict is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. Scores come only from the Reddit data and are never changed for a brand or retailer.
